Equipment

You will need the equipment listed below:

Barbell

45lb bar for male; 35lbs for female. 

Bumper plates.

The more, the better. At least have a pair of the following weights: 

10lbs, 25lbs, 35lbs, and 45lbs. 

Kettlebells

The prescribed weight for kettlebell workouts are 53lbs for male and 35lbs for female. But, have a couple of lighter once for scaling options in case they’re too heavy for you. 

Dumbbells

The prescribed weight for DB workouts are 50lbs for male and 35lbs for female. But, have a couple of lighter weights in case you need them. Also, it’s best to have to have a pair for each weight you purchase. 

Squat rack

You won’t always to lifting weights off the ground so this is a great tool for your garage gym. 

A Pull-up bar

Your  squat rack my come with a pre-built pull-up bar. But if it doesn’t, feel free to purchase or rig one. 

Plyo box

You’ll use this for box jumps, step ups, pigeon stretch and more good stuff. 

Jump rope

We recommend getting speed ropes for double-unders. 

Medicine ball

Prescribed weights are 20lbs and 14lbs for men and women respectively. Again, have lighter options in case those are too heavy for you. 

Gymnastics rings

You’ll need these for gymnastics movements including ring rows and ring muscle ups. 

Rower/Bike/Ski-Erg

These machines are staples in our program. If you can get all of them, great. Otherwise, purchase them in the prioritized order below: 

1. Rower 

2. Echo Bike / Assault Bike 

3. Ski-Erg.
